Stylish work-friendly places in Warsaw

Warsaw is a modern city, located in Poland, Easter Europe. In the last 10 years, city leveled up in all ways. Now is a stylish European capital, business area and perfect place for a workation trip.
Whether you are an employee who likes working outside the regular office, a digital nomad, a freelancer, or an entrepreneur, you will find a few interesting work-friendly place recommendations in Warsaw.

I created a subjective list of work-friendly (and networking-friendly) stylish places in Warsaw. Hotels, cafes, and coworking spaces. Let’s find out work-friendly places in Warsaw.

Sheraton Grand Warsaw Hotel

Located in a stylish area of Warsaw. In the downtown, but in a more calm part of the district. Surround by sophisticated boutiques, and the biggest luxury shopping mall in Poland – Vitkac.

My number one work-friendly place in Warsaw!

You can manage your work in a Lobby Bar (free WI-FI). Very stylish, an aesthetic area with tables and comfortable sits.

Sheraton Grand Warsaw – my favorite work-friendly place!

After the renovation, the whole lobby area, bar, and two restaurants are wonderful. The interiors are exquisite with a pinch of art and plants. Delicious drinks, and snacks, are served aesthetically. The biggest advantage (for me) is the hotel staff.

Sheraton Grand Warsaw is a premium standard hotel. But as we know, not all luxury places have a luxury service. It all depends on people. The atmosphere in Sheraton Grand Warsaw is unique, friendly, and elegant. All staff is professional, high-class, attentive, helpful, and well-mannered. You can feel there like in a luxury home.
The Lobby Bar is not crowded, but there are always a few people who enjoy their time there.
After work, you can use the hotel Spa and relax in a massage or eat dinner in a distinguished Asian restaurant.

Sheraton Grand Warsaw

Sheraton Grand Warsaw deserves the 5 stars and even more!

Excellent work-friendly place in Warsaw.

Marriott Warsaw Hotel

The second place on my list of work-friendly places in Warsaw.

Marriott Warsaw Hotel has located strictly in the city center with a wonderful view of the Palace of Culture and Science, and the Złota 44 skyscraper, designed by Daniel Libeskind. Work there alone, but also a perfect place to set a meeting.

The Lobby Bar is perfect for comfortable work. Is located on the ground floor. You can choose the area with sofas (more private) or a traditional table with a street view. The best advantage of this place is the location. The interiors are elegant. Space is big. The only weakness is the service in the Lobby Bar. Ladies who are the waitress are not nice and do not pay attention to female guests. Every time I visited the Lobby Bar I waited so long for the order and it was very difficult to ask them for the bill as well. But the food and drink are delicious.
The second floor offers a special area, perfect for work and meetings. With a stunning view, snacks and drinks. For the guests of the hotel, it is included in the stay. But you can buy one-time access. This is my favorite place there, and the staff on the second floor is hugely polite and helpful.

Work in the sky!

And there is one more thing about the Marriott Warsaw Hotel. I created a work-friendly places list, but why not work in the bar? Sounds ridiculous? Not in this place! On the top floor of the hotel, you will find something exceptional.

Panorama Sky Bar, Marriott Warsaw Hotel

Do you like working with a glass of champagne or a cocktail? Panorama Sky Bar has a unique atmosphere with a stunning view. Perfect for last evening’s mail checking or some creative work. Weekdays are more recommended (after the opening at 6 pm). Because then is not so crowded, calmer and quieter. It is a non-obvious place, but worth to visit for sure! The staff is polite and sociable. They serve exceptional drinks.

Daft Cafe in Plac Europejski, Warsaw Spire, plac Europejski 1

I want to invite you to Wola District. A few years ago, when I came to Warsaw to start my University journey, there was nothing.

Now modern, fashionable Warsaw is located on Wola! The ‚heart’ of this unique space is the Warsaw Spire building. Advanced project with offices, gym, restaurants, and cafes. Daft Cafe is located in the main building of Warsaw Spire, on the ground floor.
The big advantage is panoramic windows, so there is a massive amount of light – perfect for productive work.

Warm and professional, staff. Comfortable sits and tables.
This work-friendly place with a modern architectural view offers drinks and food. It is a perfect place for breakfast with your laptop.
If you love modern, minimal architecture and the corporate world – this place is for you.

WorkCafe/ Santander, ul. Złota 44, Warszawa

Another work-friendly place you will find in a luxury building – is Złota 44, designed by Daniel Libeskind (like I mentioned it before). WorkCafe Santander is a mix of bank, cafe, coworking, and networking space in one place.

Smart concept to attract clients. Luxury location, bank service, and coffee!
This is a comfortable place for entrepreneurs, but all people who need to work with their laptops are welcome. The cafe is served by professional baristas who serve delicious coffee and snacks. If you are a Santander’s Bank client, you have a special 30% discount.
One more useful thing is that you can book a separate room for a meeting/training for free if you are their client.
Worth visiting!

District Hall Warsaw, Chmielna 73, Varso Tower

Last but not least. Work in the highest building in the whole EU!

The capital of Poland owns a unique spot.

Varso Tower is a neomodern office building complex, 310 m in height.

Is the tallest building in Poland and the tallest building in the European Union.

Located in the city center, nearby Central Railway Station. District Hall Warsaw on Chmielna 73 Street, is a free, stylish and modern coworking place.

The great advantages is the prestigious location, free-speed WiFi, writable walls, and flexible seating. You will find also a cafe and snacks.

Perfect place to work and meet entrepreneurs, startup owners, freelancers and inspiring people. The work-friendly place with European standards!
